Rest – no hard fast activity, although light movement is generally recommended
Ice – helps reduce inflammation and pain
Compression – helps reduce inflammation – ensure the compression is not too tight
Elevation - helps reduce inflammation and pain
Refer – medical advice doctor, physiotherapist etc

I don't know why these accidents are happening. If they drived carefully i hope it might not happen. Most of the accidents are happening due to OVERSPEED. Life is in our hands.
